How much do tickets cost?

General Admission
$39 ADV / $50 Day of Show

Reserved Seating in front of the Main Stage

ALL tickets to this event will be sold via the Eventbrite ticket link, including walk-up sales the day of the concert. To avoid long ticketing lines, we encourage attendees to purchase in advance. You can show the ticket barcode from your mobile device to gain entry to the concert. All ticket sales are final and there will be no refunds, with one exception: If the event is cancelled due to COVID-19, 100% of your money will be refunded.

What if it rains?

This festival is rain or shine, but in the event of threatening weather, please check with this website and our Facebook or Twitter page for current information.

How will the venue be set up?

There are two stages, the Main Stage and the Rotary Pavilion Stage.

Can I bring my own food and beverages into the concert?

No outside food or beverages are allowed in the concert. Proceeds from food and beverage sales support the mission and projects of the Rotary Club of Hastings.

Can I bring my dog?

Please no pets, unless it is a service animal.

How much is it to park?

There is limited free parking immediately surrounding the festival grounds, check with area parking lots and side streets. Carpool and be prepared to walk.

Can we bring kids?

This show is open to all ages, but all persons entering the festival grounds will require a ticket.

Is there handicap accessibility, restrooms and parking?

Yes. There will be a handicap seating area, restrooms and parking.

- Accessible seating tickets will be sold at the General Admission rate of $50
- Guests can buy 3 additional tickets for a total of 4.
- Guests are encourage to purchase up to 4 GA tickets in advance. Upon arriving at the venue, they simply need to check in at the guest services station located right inside the main entrance to receive their passes (up to 4) for the accessible seating area. 
- Limited handicap parking is available near the entrance. You must have a state-provided handicap-parking permit to use that space.

Will there be food trucks?

Yes and plenty of them!

Will there be adult beverages there?

Of course! Bring an ID & have a plan for a safe ride home.

Will there be an ATM on site?

There is not an ATM at the venue. The closest ATM's are at The Busted Nut and The Depot.

Are lawn chairs allowed?

Yes, as long as they are of reasonable size.
